Renovating your home is one of the most significant investments you'll make — and one of the most stressful to manage alone. I serve as your dedicated Owner's Representative, coordinating and overseeing every aspect of your renovation on your behalf. Not a contractor or interior designer — your advocate. The person making sure your contractors perform, your budget holds, and your project finishes the way it was promised.

Most homeowners spend weekends chasing contractors, deciphering invoices, and wondering if the work is on track. My clients don't. They get a weekly written update, a real-time budget, and a single point of contact who has already handled whatever came up that week.

From intimate private dinners to 1,000-person corporate conferences with $500K budgets, I bring enterprise-grade event management to every scale. Most event coordinators have planned weddings or small gatherings. I have managed full three-day product conferences end-to-end — venue selection, talk tracks, speaker curation, registration, catering, scenic design, and full logistics.

  • Move Prep — Room-by-room inventory and labeling system, box and packing coordination, and mover briefing so moving day runs smoothly.

  • Move Day Oversight — On-site oversight on moving day so you manage nothing. Includes mover direction, room setup coordination, and a welcome home on arrival.

  • Extended Support — An additional 30 days of availability beyond your package for questions, vendor follow-ups, and anything that comes up as you settle in.

  • Social Integration — Introductions matched to your family's interests — neighborhood associations, community groups, clubs, and local connections that help you feel like a local faster.
