Your Home, Handled.

Your Home, Managed — Projects, Renovation & Oversight

Most homeowners don't have the time to run the complex logistics of a renovation or a move — they need someone who does. Whether you have a renovation that needs managing, a project that keeps getting postponed, a household that needs a trusted point person, or something that just came up and needs to be handled — that's what I do. I work entirely on your behalf, at whatever level your home needs right now.

Ongoing & As-Needed Household Support
Something came up. You need someone you trust.

For busy households that need a trusted point person — whether on a recurring basis or when something unexpected arises. No long-term project required.

  • Life doesn't always give you time to plan. A last-minute dinner for twelve, a contractor showing up when you can't be there, an out-of-town parent who needs to move quickly, a second home that needs to be ready before the family arrives — these are exactly the moments where having the right person already in your corner makes all the difference.

  • I step in, assess what needs to happen, and handle it. Available on an ongoing household basis or for one-time engagements — at my standard hourly rate, no overhead, no long-term commitment required.

Includes: last-minute event planning, furniture and art delivery oversight, contractor walkthroughs, on-site representation, vendor sourcing, guest preparation, property oversight, and anything else your household needs handled.

Small Project Coordination

One or two trades. No GC needed.

  • Paint, flooring, tile, fixtures, a repair backlog — I source the right tradespeople, sequence them correctly, and make sure the work gets done right. You don't have to manage anyone.

Best for: Homeowners with a specific repair or upgrade who want it handled without the back-and-forth.

Move & Storage During Your Renovation
Staying put, or moving out? Either way, it's handled — down to the flowers on the table.

  • For homeowners renovating with their own contractor already in place, who need the physical side of the transition truly turn-key: arranging the movers and being there to greet them, sorting and packing before work begins, coordinating storage for the duration, then managing the full return — unpacking, setting up electronics and equipment, and adding the final styling touches so the home feels lived-in the moment you walk back in, not just finished.

Includes:

  • Mover coordination and on-site greeting

  • Pre-renovation sorting and packing

  • Temporary storage sourcing and management

  • Full unpack and setup on return

  • Electronics and equipment setup (TVs, AV, smart home)

  • Final styling touches

Best for: Homeowners who have their contractor handled and want the transition itself — move out and move back — to feel effortless.

Project Setup & Contractor Sourcing

You need the right people. I find them.

  • Not sure how to find a good contractor — or whether the one you're considering is the right fit? I figure out who the project actually needs, vet the options, and get everything set up correctly before work begins.

Best for: Homeowners preparing for a larger renovation who want to start with the right contractor in place.

Signature Space Projects

Nursery, gym, office, outdoor room.

  • The projects that are supposed to be exciting shouldn't become stressful. I manage sourcing, vendors, and every detail so the result actually matches what you had in mind.

Best for: Homeowners with a specific space they want transformed — without becoming project managers themselves.

Remote Owner Oversight

You have a contractor. You're just not there.

  • Out of state, traveling, or can't step away from work? I serve as your local presence — site visits, progress updates, change order review, and a direct line so nothing moves without your approval.

Best for: Homeowners managing a renovation from a distance who need trusted eyes on the ground.

Full Renovation Management

Comprehensive oversight, start to finish.

  • For complex renovations where you need more than a contractor. I manage the full picture — budget tracking, vendor coordination, schedule, quality control, full move in-and-move-out (as needed), and decision support throughout. You stay informed and in control without being in the middle of it.

Best for: Homeowners with a significant renovation who want professional management and a single point of contact.

Fully Managed — Hands Off

You want it done. You don't want to be in it.

  • For clients who want to hand the project over entirely. You stay informed on the decisions that are yours to make — and I handle everything else, from first call to final walkthrough. Works across any project type: renovation, relocation, ongoing home management, or a combination.

Best for: Clients who want professional results without being involved in the process. The most complete level of service I offer.

Not sure which fits?

That's exactly what the first conversation is for. Every engagement starts the same way: a conversation about your home and what you're trying to accomplish. No pressure, no commitment — just clarity on what kind of help actually fits.
